Is America the Policeman of the World?

i think that's the kind of foreign policy that america should have, which is a really strong domestic economy. We've hollowed out the middle class in this country in order to pay for the military of the past 30 years. And i non America it isno, doesn't have the freedom or the prosperity it once had. That's not a good outcomef being the policeman of the world.
