The Rise and Fall of the Retail Restaurant Scene in South Florida
It's been unbelievable what's happened in Miami in the last three years, and it was really like a light switch. The dust is starting to settle and things are normalizing if you want to call it but we're in a completely different planet post pandemic down here in South Florida. New York based groups always looked at us as like look, I am is a fun city, but it's predominantly based on tourism. We'll use it like our playground. Exactly. All of a sudden, every restaurant operator wanted to have presence in SouthFlorida. People were down here. And for us it was the Super Bowl. So it was a great experience and still very much active.
