The Analytic Community, or Analytics Twitter, Sometimes Overrates the Thing That You Can See Others

I think the analytic community as a whole, when evaluating coaches, i think sometimes struggle to only see what you can quantify will yet. There is a whole world of stuff that goes on that you have no privy to that is really important. And my tomman is the best example of this. Like mike tomlan runs an organization that doesn't necessarily lean on a lot of this analytic stuff. They are changing the thought process and therefore the outcomes of the players they're dealing with in a way that you don't even see most of the time.
