i wonder whether you've encountered businesses and companies that actually evaluate and hold people accountable to the point where they are evaluated on their job performance. Have you seen anything like that? We saw a dramatic increase in the number of residents from under represented groups that went through the programme. And again, the culture and thot organization not perfect. But we seem some really positive indication....
