A lot of what we're going to talk about, i can read it through the lens of being a man. And i can also go, you know what? You've got the same sort of thing going on. Through the lens of women. There there are levels, and there are ways in which being a man or a woman is different. I think it's important that we know what those are, and we nurture and connect those.

Tony Rezac is an author, men’s coach, and the creator and host of the podcast, Basecamp for Men.
