The 4-hour work week is still my number one. I would highly recommend Maverick, which is the story of a guy who takes over his father's business and changes it from being traditional to being what I want to create next. Reinventing organizations was a book introduced to me by someone else, similar philosophy, but instead of going deep on one company, they go broad on a whole bunch of different companies. The other one is sidebars into DNA; all of a sudden I found myself deep into the bowels of YouTube and learning about DNA. But for me right now, most of my stuff is actually not books. It's learning.
