The Importance of Protein Intake in Your Diet

The one thing that I think makes a huge difference, no matter what your diet is, is protein intake. One of the things we know that makes ahuge difference in your longevity is how much muscle you have. You're going to go down between half and 1% per year of muscle mass over the age of 30 if you don't fight against that. It takes more energy for your body to break it down than the same amount of calories of fat or carbohydrates.
