Sager: Can you balance out the individualism versus societa forces bit here? We need a mass of investment in vocational training such that we can level up young men. I find this scary thing where the least patriotic people are te billionaire men who have built a layer of innovation on top of massive investments from the middle class. And then they start ship posting the government, saying the government just needs to get out of the way of innovators. i'm trying to lean more into institutions. Find me someone in government, and i'll find someone whose compensation under indexs relative to their commitment and their talent. It's time for us to stop blaming everyone but ourselves for all our success
