The judiciary has overall in the history of Pakistan followed the doctrine of necessity that is they have fallen in line behind the military except for a small yearhead in 2007-2009 when Chief Justice of Tikka Amamah Chaudhary defied the orders of Musharraf and there was this lawyers agitation for his reinstatement. Now how long this status will continue is doubtful it cannot continue like this maybe in a week or two one way or the other this will be decided either the writ of the army will prevent or that of the judiciary will prevail.
