Is There Hope for Dealing With Misinformation?

i think a big part of the problem is that we don't have yet a kind of a unified diagnosis around what is actually going on and how this works. So one thing that i think that we could consider looking at is ways to basically fertilize cross, cross cutting social connections between people that might not otherwise get them. Do you see hope for dealing with these issues through policy, either the w s or global, or is that really what these conversations are all about? I'll probably make like a whole show just on this. Is the idea that, a, the way disinformation works is by tering the construction of social capital in our society.
