Is Russia's Military Budget More Than Russia's?

i came up with a theory that, you know, there's really no evidence to support this, but again, going off your gut feeling in e and backing that ith maximum verocity is what we're playing right here. So i'm thinking that maybe they're putting weapons nn places like kievan and western ukrane to a hopefully deplete russia stock pile of missiles. Now, i think a lot of these weapons are just kind of meant there to be a sponges. But the russians are going to have to, they know, they have to deal with them.
