Is There a Gadget That's More Efficient Than Oil?

The question you seem to be asking is that wouldn't I stand to make more money if I also owned an industry that consumed my product as a raw material? And so I can afford to keep the downstream business inefficient if I made more money as an oil business, for example. If there's a way for a new gadget to be more efficient and raw material consumption, I as the oil producer, but also want to be in that business. That sounds like a growing business. Now, the question is if that laden exists or not, and that's up for discussion, we can all argue about that.
