What Happened to Lieutenant Craig Becker?

Lieutenant Craig Becker was charged with murder by Belgian authorities. He'd been considered a flight risk so he was held without bond. With Craig now under arrest, another crisis was about to erupt that involved baby Isabel. Hannah's parents got word from a friend that the plan was for Becker's mother to bring Isabel back to the US. His sister Tara went out to Belgium as per Craig's wishes to get Isabel and there was a back and forth and a fight to get Isabel.
