What I Love About KPIs Is That First Thing That Matters?

What we highlight first is going to matter and if we're just highlighting like total volume it's kind of like a null or neutral thing where I was really focusing on trying to get some index some comparison right off the bat. But as you're looking at this I mean this to some effect is actually what you want to be doing because if you're glancing out of report and you want to see a lot of green arrows up great I feel like I forgot that initial look  of hey we're doing all right but if I look at that same report and I see a lots of red arrows and a lot of you know caution arrows they are an area where I want to dig in and
