How to Delegate to People at the End of a Meeting

You can use a question when you want to delegate things at the end of a meeting. You also need to have some phrases to interject people if they're going off topic. At the beginning, give a statement or a line about focus in English. A show of hands is like a physical thing to say, yes, I agree or no, I don't agree. So it doesn't sound so direct. Sometimes being direct is fine if you're in a group of people that you work with a lot. But maybe not as much for groups where there's less interaction.
