The Power of Bonus Depreciation
There's a part of the tax code called bonus depreciation, where anything 15 years or under as a lifespan, you can deduct a certain percentage of it all in year one. We put 300 grand down on a self storage facility and we get 250 grand right back in a deduction expense year one. It was extremely powerful. So yeah, that that makes massive tax deductions.
