How to Dose Lin-Vatna Pembroe for Endometrial Cancer
Dr. Amal Monk started out with 14 milligrams of Lin-Vatna Pembroe, but now he's using 20. Dr. Brad says that in the first few weeks you have to support these patients intensively and build a team for monitoring their blood pressure. If they're borderline, they're starting on an anti-heberotensive even before you start them. So I have a dosing flexibility, but start them on 14.
