The Groundhog's Death

Staten Island's famous groundhog died after Bill De Blasio dropped it. If I had to get De Blasio would have been at the top of my list of mayors. He's blamed the groundhog for his popularity. This episode is now dedicated to whatever that groundhog's name was.
