The Importance of Money Making in the Constitution
Clarence Thomas said money making and the world of money is an expressive world of speech. He was trying to rehabilitate those men of money who, you know, made America great. Now we get into the sphere of campaign finance so that when you make a contribution, or first of all, when a campaign spends money, that's a form of speech. If you were to prohibit Sanders, the campaign from spending money, you would be prohibiting his speech from getting out.
