The FODMAP Diet and the Benefits
The FODMAP diet reduces the amounts of fructins, oligosaccharides, disaccharides,. monounsaccharides and polyols. The later research showed that it's self limiting because you go off those things initially, you reduce your symptoms but over time you're going to get deleterious effects to the microbiome. And I think that you're probably seeing the same thing with carnivore. It's just the most extreme form of exclusion diet you can possibly have. Yeah. Absolutely. When you look at it metabolically or in terms of health, or your profile when you're standing on this is what matters. Seriously.
