Inequality, You Know, That's Part of the Question
The sterilization principally by the US, given the size of the economy and its importance, prevented the flows. So you effectively had a one-way flow in asset places. And I think there was an optimistic case coming out of the pandemic that we maybe would be doing something like 12 years of stagflation or whatever. But so far it doesn't seem to happen for very good reasons.
