If you have been repeatedly outbid, or you simply don't like that environment, te it's deafenly time to start paying attention. And again, it sort of feels like day one, or weak one, of the shift. You can still go up and find a great property and go up against 20 ther offers, ok? But then you can also find the great property and going up against none. So it's not like it's all or nothing right now. It's a bit of a mish matsh right now. There's early signs of things changing.
