The number one pain point I hear from both studio owners and instructors is not making enough money. Money can buy time you can buy back your time by paying other people to do the things that you're currently spending your time doing like admin cleaning etc So, you know we have this kind of real reservation about talking about money in Pilates. If more people did that in the Pilates world and we normalised just having unemotional conversations about money I think most of us would be a lot better off. You design their financial well-being Just like exercise people who don't you know health doesn't flow to those who don't address their health.
