According to the international olympic committee play book for athletes and team officials, you will be isolated in a hospital or isolation facility. There has been some thought put into place to allow athletes to participate even if they've been exposed. The rules are way more relaxed than what actually happens in the rest of china if youare close contact, or if you come down with covid 19.
