Was It a Staff Engineer at a Studio or a Free Lancer?
"I always thought i was an engineer, you know, it never occurred to me that i wasn't. And then i would look back on things like, al right, i'm not an engineer yet," he says. "i've always been a bit of a geek. I'm fascinated by the technology." He started out working at sound city in London before joining new england digit and making 'big boy' records with his band The Sinklavers. But soon found himself moving into more technical areas such as protols programming or audio editing. Now works for BBC Radio 2's Sound Of Music programme.
