If Jesus Is Risen Then the Kingdom of Heaven Is Coming

Without the resurrection of Jesus our moral framework and vision is useless. Without believing in the resurrection without trusting our lives to it our moral fabric just kind of erodes. If Jesus is risen then we have something worth telling others. The powers of darkness have been given an eviction notice. There's a new Passover and a new exodus from slavery of sin and death. It started with Jesus' resurrection but that is not the end. It's actually only just the beginning. I think the resurrection of the body, the future resurrection that we will all be raised because Jesus has been raised are two of humanity's biggest issues: fear and suffering.
