How to Identify the Strength of a Tenant

When you acquire a national retail property what is what's your long-term business plan? We look at that there they're going to continue to be there especially local ones where somebody outside the area might not know that the strength of that type because they're not local they don't see that. So really it's it's buying that holding it long-term and then leveraging it with refinancing every four to five years and you know growing with additional properties from that.
