Dosage in a Frail Patient?

The more I think about it, the more it seems like chemotherapy. With TDXD, I've seen some data, including in long, about dose. We have to start people at whatever the clinical trial says. But yes, I definitely have comfort in going with the reduced dose of monomabderox.
