Forgive Means to Give Up
Grief clears out and creates space inside of you for what to first arrive before the joy, possibly forgiveness. You start to get to a place when you've done the grief, when you haven't you go dream on. What he did was unforgivable. But actually once I grieved what happened to me as a child. And then I started to entertain the possibility that my dad perhaps was part of a family system just passing down through the generations. All of this toxic unexpressed rage,. He's a black man come to England, all of the layers inside of him from his own history and that he was taught, you know, women should be submissive. You should dominate them
