The Next Component of Hard Athleticism

The next big component of this hard athleticism, element of basketball athleticism, that i want to talk about is what i just describe as vertical plane athleticism. It's not just the vertical height you can achieve off the floor, but it's things like your load up time to reach a near maximum height. What we think about is how high a guy jumps, or how high a guys can touch, but there are components here that allow athletes to tap in to when they do perform this action. That ultimately probably hase a much more relevance to outcomes on court.
