Today we're talking about trauma. Trauma is a massive topic to cover, which is why I really do want to take a focus on trauma that occurs when we're children. Most of us will experience some kind of event that creates shock and is emotionally overwhelming in our lives. So today we are going to unpack childhood trauma in all of its forms - even those we often overlook.
