Top athletes are pyramidal you say most polarized. Most of their training is below LT one. It's a mix it's and so I'm not going to argue. I would just say that just have to be consistent top athletes are Pyramidal. But within that 20% they also have a big stress response associated with them. Within that 20% we go back to some of the issues like you were discussing earlier which is race pay specificity.
