One that stood out for me was the Memang Narang, this wild citrus fruit that grows in the state of Magalia in northeast India. It's a story of tradition, but also a fascinating plant to think about our future, our food future. And it tells us a story of be careful what you wish for. So the sweeter and sweeter we took the orange, the more fragile again that cultivation became.
