A team recruits a lot of big institutional investors, lets say, throw in 500 million dollars. And theyand then the team runs around and looks for companies to buy. So it takes two or three years, minimum, to spend the 500 million on these deals. Then you've got a a little period of three or four years where you're supposedly improving the companies. It was already pretty good to begin with, otherwise nobody would lend money to it. But so know, you're trying to improve it. Hat aintt questionable whether that's always going to be the case. I's just too much competition.
