We've Lost Our Humanity

We can't replicate what happens with someone in person when we're trying to do this through other tools. There's so much in you can't get eye contact necessarily to say, i want to speak. So a lot of people that don't normally speak up now are completely shut down. Theyre not communicating. When we think about creativity and and ideation and and innovation need to have divers thinking. But now only certain people speak inside of these meetings. It's very short sighted. If you're a human centered leader, you're not going to just say, o ka, we're fully remote. Here's a laptop. Go at it, and nothing's going to change.
