The Failures of the Cuban Revolution's Political Program to Address Racism

We didn't have a plan, a progressive program to fight against racism. If we had that from the beginning, things would be different now in terms of racism in Cuba. The reparations were pronounced since the beginning. But it's not enough. And maybe the problem of not having a specific program to advance people of color in Cuba was because there was a sense of that would hurt the unity of Cuba.
