Product to Trust Pilot

When i joined trust pilot, it was around series b. There wasn't a lot of part management there when i started. But as we grew the team you end up having to deal with how do you manage something which is just one product? How do you manage that? So they was a lot of learning. I think one of the pivotal things we did was we worked with a silicon valley product group and got their help in sort of, how do you do modern prod management? How i think they were very kee in our approach to this what was a meaningful unit a there for what did it wo it look?
