The Importance of Watching China Stimulate

If China is going to stimulate and that would be the thesis for all these stocks going up, you have to look at exactly how much and what they're doing. I'm trying to see it in ways because they can't without directly giving money to like the people. It's not that giving money to be they have to the only way that China can stimulate is building more infrastructure. You know, so this is this is the deal with command economies that you only have stocks go up because the government says so and they only go down because they stop saying so or they just say less.
