An Argument for Optimism

Rajiv Shah is the former Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and current President of the Rockefeller Foundation. In his new book, Big Bets: How Large-Scale Change Really Happens, he argues that big ambitious asks are the key to progress. But won't that sometimes disappoint or tempt the askers or the asked to discount any progress that's less than total? Plus, much of the the left is immolating itself with it's defense of Hamas.
