Projects Delegated - What's Next Actions for a Project?

The weekly review is a good time to look at your projects and see if they are moving along well. A lot of what people would have on their project lists are next actions they actually have to do. Another way to really look at jects, for if you have direct reports or manage staff, is to look at having another category called projects delegated.
