The Power of Eye Contact
It is a practised skill to hold eye contact. And it does have a sense of commanding power with it. If you're not used to doing it, you'd almost feel nervous and weird about it. So this week, here's your assignment. Look in their eyes, hold the gaze a bit longer than you are used to,. or maybe just a little bit longer thanyou're normally comfortable with. When you do it, do so it both asserts yourself and adds further connection to the discussion. Don't be creepy, but focus on driving hat a contact and asserting yomself through that action.
