If it actually had worked, s we probably would have massively exasperated our epidemic of over testing. The reason that the recommendations in recent years and breast cancer screening hav went from like, everyone getting it early, is because it picks up a bunch of cases that will never harm anyone. So you get this artificial benefit. And so i think there are a couple of problems, and even worse, to make it even more difficult to grapple with.
