Putin's Global War on Terrorism

From the very beginning of the so-called Arab Spring, I wrote a book called The Arab Revolution. Because I knew not only from my mind, but really from my instinct that very soon the dictators and the Russian will do their utmost to confuse the world opinion. And they would pretend that it was war against terror. So what is puzzling is that everybody understood the importance, the magnitude and the danger of the global war on terror by George W. Bush. But when Vladimir Putin launched his ownglobal war on terror, saying in fact, anybody who protest against my friends, the dictators are terrorists - people didn't get it. There is only one legitimacy, it's legitimacy of the state.
