The Tanneth Adventure Is Doing Graham So Much Harm

This planet needs a single sovereignty, says Baron Rathmoor. There's a miserable little war down in South Main continent that's been going on for over two centuries. If we don't get a planetary monarch to keep order, this planet will decivilize like anything in the old federation. And if they ever came out here, we'd blow them to MC Square and nothing flat. Might be a good thing if they did too, who would stop us squabbling among ourselves.
