She's a beast, female and no acute distress. She was tachycardic with a regular rhythm. Her abdomen was soft, but she was tender to palpation in the umbilical region around previous well-heeled incision without rebound or guarding. There were no deficits noted on neurological exam. C-dith, stool culture, fecal luke, fecal fat, ovah and parasites were all negative.
