The Challenges of Running a Full Scale Manufacturing Trial
There's maybe only 10 to 12 manufacturers in the US that can make these with these capabilities. So it was difficult finding a manufacturer to get on board. I finally found one in California completed four full scale manufacturing trials. This was from January to May of 2021. That means like they like do many runs for you or since it’s like when you run the product is if you would, you know, through F scale. Like a thousand pounds of dough in the mixer,. God and God, only way these baking like in scales does a scale perfectly, right? Right.
