Get a therapist or a coach who's trained in mind set coaching to hold you during moments of doubt. You might actually need a therapist more than you need a coach unless, again, it's a certified life coach that has a very special skill set with mind set coaching. If something is debilitating and your having trouble getting through the day or completing a task, you might need a therapist for that. By the way, a therapist would recommend you to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are the ones that actually can prescribe your medication.
