The Importance of Openness in Anthropology
Many anthropologists view me with quite a lot of suspicion, to be honest. I fully expect that some anthropologists will attack me about what I've written because they feel that it somehow oversimplified their craft. Some may resent the idea of even employing anthropology in the service of business and companies or other institutions. The pandemic showed us that when we just use medical science or just use computer science to fix problems, we can't get anywhere Because a pandemic is about changing human behaviour. And for that, you need social science.
