The Differences Between Men and Women CEOs
There's a tendency towards men putting their hat in the ring for a promotion when they have 40% of the qualifications and women will do it if they only have 90. The one slight difference, if I could point to it, was I did feel that the women CEOs were particularly distinctive on this mindset or this responsibility around mobilizing their teams. "I would agree with the pieces that these excellent CEOs all share very, very similar characteristics," she says.
