You need to know why we bought companies and what the big questions were around that. The structure, how much did you pay for it? How much equity did you use? Is it a preferred? Is it common stock? How much does management own? Do you have LPs and co-investors in the deal? You should know the multiples. And again, you can have it on a cheat sheet in front of you.
